Many agents put a listing in MLS (which I do as well) or on a commercial listing site (like Loopnet, which I do as well), but I have a website and each listing has a dedicated page. And I have a Google Ad campaign and a very strong organic Google presence as well.
Check out the stats for 2022 and 2023 to my website. I had between 62,000 and 73,000 hits to my website, and on average, about 27,000 visitors!
So I can promise my sellers, I certainly get your listing the exposure!
