Just for fun, join the 9th annual event with friends and family on Saturday, February 28th.
My contribution to our 4 course meal is a Salad of Mesclun Greens, Crispy Shallots, Figs soaked in Sherry, Toasted Walnuts and Peppercorn Goat Cheese (from Sunset Acres Farm) tossed with a Balsamic Fig Vinaigrette. The wine I’ve selected to accompany this course is a 2005 Milz Riesling. Enjoy!
